A family, including a 2-year-old child, died in an accident in Mogilev region
According to preliminary data, on June 6 of this year, on Mogilev-Cherikov-Kostyukovichi highway near Romanovichi agro-town, a 36-year-old woman, driving a Citroen, crossed into the oncoming lane, where she collided with a vehicle "MAN" moving in the oncoming traffic.
As a result of the road accident, the driver and passengers of the car, including a 2-year-old child, died on the spot.
Investigators, in cooperation with specialists of the Administration of the State Forensic Examination Committee for Mogilev region, examined the accident site, recorded the trace picture.
Therefore, the Administration of the Investigative Committee for Mogilev region initiated a criminal case under Part 3, Article 317 (violation of traffic rules by an individual driving a vehicle, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. To establish the circumstances of the accident, the necessary forensic studies were assigned, the conduct of which was entrusted to the specialists of the State Forensic Examination Committee.
