The Investigation Committee put on the wanted list an employee of a bank
The Administration of the Investigative Committee for the city of Minsk is substantiating the circumstances surrounding the theft of extremely large amounts of money from the vault of one of the banking institutions. A criminal case has been initiated under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, Article 205, Part 4.

The investigation group have interviewed dozens of the bank employees, recovered and is thoroughly examining the financial records, CCTV records. A number of expert studies has been commissioned. A decision on locating and detention of a person involved in the crime has been sent to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
It has been found that the theft was committed in the evening, on April 25, and the loss of money was detected after a few days. In addition, it should be noted that the bank has not taken proper measures to ensure the safety of its funds.
According to the preliminary data, the law-breaker managed to steal funds in the amount of over 11 milliard roubles (in different currencies equivalent to this amount). The exact extent of damage will be determined only after the necessary investigatory actions conduct.
The investigation group has established that a 42-year-old bank employee, exercising the execution of the intrabank regime, perimeter defense and premises, is accessory to the theft of money. On April 25, he was the last to go out of the banking institution. A decision has been taken on involvement as an accused person and application of pre-trial restrictions in the form of pretrial detention. The man has been put on the wanted list.
The Investigative Committee will inform the public on the investigation conducted taking into account interests of the investigation and rules of the criminal procedure legislation.
Froemchuk Ruslan Vladislavovich, born in 1972, is wanted for the crime perpetrated.
